Alisha Goldstein

FOUNDER & CEO

Alisha Goldstein is the Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Jane Smith – a women-led strategic, creative and brand agency catering to clients across categories. With a proven track record to build and transform meaningful brands around the world, Alisha specializes in brand incubation, global 360° strategies, content, and marketing for businesses of all sizes and at all stages.

She and her team play a hybrid role with their clients – beyond agency services, they work to compliment, and sometimes replace, an in-house team. She has experience managing everything from strategy to content to packaging to marketing, digital, social, events, experiential, media buying and sales and has spent a career partnering and advising across divisions.

Alisha has developed and implemented tailored strategies, content, campaigns, and events for markets all over the world including the US, Europe, UK, Asia including China, Japan, Korea, Singapore, and India. She has collaborated to transform businesses like Shiseido’s luxury brand Clé de Peau Beauté and Natural Diamond Council, and she created the original positioning, strategy, and brand books for Violet Grey, Fabletics, Savage Fenty, and recently Laverée to name a few.

One of her career highlights was developing Shiseido’s first-ever CSR program supporting empowerment of girls through education. Alisha and the JS team conceived of and executed the Power of Radiance program which honored women with grants who made efforts to support the education of girls. She facilitated a partnership with Unicef as the charitable partner and the program is now going into its 6th year.

Prior to Jane Smith, she began her career as an Art Director in San Francisco and Seattle at advertising giants Goodby Silverstein & Partners, Arnold Worldwide, and Publicis, working with clients like Nike and PacBell. She then lived in Milan working at a boutique design studio where she garnered luxury experience catering to European brands such as Jil Sander and Lancaster. In New York and Los Angeles, she gained in-depth knowledge of the industry as a creative at Lipman and Laird + Partners, and in-house at several fashion companies.
